Very quirky hotel, with garden sculptures and entourage of live emu's milling around. This, and friend staff, and good size rooms made the stay a real joy.

Booked my daughter and boyfriend in for a night as a surprise. They were very impressed with the size of the room and the decor. They are planning to return in the summer and spend some time in the very lovely grounds.

Main door is locked at 11pm and you need to ask permission to come and go. Night reception man gave the impression it was a chore to let them in and out, when all they wanted to was sit under the stars for a while. (Ahhh young love :) ) Made my daughter feel as though it was a huge inconvenience to him, but for this they would have rated their stay a 10.
